Storage box products

The propellant storage tank is one of the core components of the launch vehicle, occupying more than 80% of the volume and 60% of the weight of the rocket body. It is the core of the engine delivery system, the main bearing structure of the rocket body, and a necessary consumable for the rocket.

According to the classification of the propelling medium, it can be divided into kerosene, methane, liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen storage tanks, etc., according to the product function classification, it can be divided into "R" box and "O" box, according to the working characteristics of the medium, it can be divided into normal temperature storage tank, low temperature storage tank, etc. storage tanks etc.

Take the company's 2250-level kerosene tank as an example, its size is 2250mm × 2250mm × (3000-8000) mm, it is used for the cryogenic storage tank of the "R" box of a certain stage of the launch vehicle, and its effective internal volume can reach 30 m³.

The shape is expressed as a cylindrical shell, which is composed of several anti-sway devices, derotation devices, energy dissipation devices, conveying pipe channels, compensators, etc.
